DIY VR180 Rig: Easiest way to check the sync between the two cams

IMO, the easiest way to check the sync between two cameras (vanilla 3D, VR 180 and 3D 360 videos) is converting the 3D L%R video to anaglyph mode, align the moving object as overlap (yup, ruining the 3D alignment) and then play the video frame by frame. As you can see in this video, I have not yet compensated for the distortions between the fish eye Left and Right video...and that's why sometimes the movements is not overlaped horisontally and also vertically when the object (me) is moving towards the sides...but that's the next thing to try to fix :) I have allready slowed down the speed to half, but you can aslo slow it down even more in the YT player.
