I can teach you English... #englishphrase #shorts
When you want to know what the cost is for someone's favor or kind deed, you can ask "what's the catch?"
If you want to tell someone you want something in return for your favor you can tell them "there is a catch"
When you use the word "catch" in this context ONLY it means a small cost or expense.
If someone offers you a great deal and you think they must want something in return, ask them "What's the catch?"
I would love to teach you natural English on Instagram and youtube, but there is a small catch, just show this video some love, give it a like, and subscribe to me on youtube!
