English Scheduling vocabulary "push up" "push back" #shorts

Today's vocabulary is really important if you are making an appointment, meeting, or scheduling another event.

You can either ask to "Push up an appointment" or "Push back an appointment".

If you "push up" an appointment you schedule it to be at an earlier time.
"Can we push up our meeting? I have to leave earlier today"

If you "push back" an appointment you schedule it to be at a later time. You delay the appointment by a few hours.

"Can we push back our meeting? I am going to be late."
