NLP and team motivation

Discover which team members move toward and which team members move away. If they move away, discover if they are in overwhelm and chunk down. By getting the team members to recall a time when they were motivated to do something, in particular, positively motivated and then a time when they were very motivated. Getting a "yes" set of answers allows the unconscious mind to be in a state of agreement. Chunk the task appropriately and replace any away strategies with toward strategies. Check for ecology and adjust any submodalities and then future pace.
Formal or informal strategy elicitation can be used and would follow on from getting the "yes" set of answers. Getting each team member to go back to the time when they felt totally motivated and to recall if it was a visual, auditory or kinaesthetic experience. Then the trainer can feed information back to the members of the team in such a way that the information is presented in a framework that will assist them to become motivated. For example a person may have a picture, a feeling , then may have said something, then a feeling about feeling excited.
