Guided Visualization for Managing Stress

Creating a safe and peaceful place away from the current situation is a haven. This guided visualization will allow you to experience feelings of calm and peace whilst also providing you with a valuable mindfulness exercise - focusing on your breath.

The visualization/meditation starts with recognizing what tension and relaxation feels like. Once that is done and you have a regular breathing pattern established, we move into the control room where you dial down stress and anxiety and dial up relaxation and a sense of peacefulness/calm. It doesn't matter if your eyes are open or closed or you feel that you can't imagine a place of your own..... there are some slides of peaceful Australian places to focus on. These range from Central and highland Victoria, Central Australia, Darwin and the east coast of Victoria.

Come along for this journey and feel free to return whenever you start to feel the stress building up again.
