Cake flour 80g
Eggs 4
Corn oil 55g
Milk 60g
Sugar 70g
Pre-heat the oven, 150°C / 300°F Water bath for 60 minutes

只需要5種材料就可以輕鬆做出好吃又好看的戚風蛋糕
我用的是6寸烤模
材料:
低筋麵粉 80克
鷄蛋 4個
植物油 55克
牛奶 60克
糖 70克
預熱烤箱,150°C 或 300°F 水浴法烤 60分鐘
注意:
1. 低溫打發出來的蛋白霜做出來的蛋糕口感會更細膩,所以鷄蛋不需要回溫再使用。
2. 每家每戶的烤箱情況都不一樣,時間差不多就要去檢查一下,以免烤的時間不夠或烤過頭了。
3. 倒扣放凉避免回缩
