Fix Elbow Pain With This Quick and Easy Routine
The quickest way to derail your dream of that next bench PR is coming down with a case of elbow pain. We’ve all had it at some point and if it’s not taken seriously it can sideline you from performing your favorite lifts for months.
Today we are going to cover our favorite routine that will help to clear up elbow pain quickly. But remember, the best way to get rid of elbow pain is to prevent it from happening at all. Even if you don’t have elbow pain right now you should start doing some form of self care like this routine to keep yourself healthy and training pain free.
In today’s routine we will be doing soft tissue work, stretching, and strengthening muscles above and below the elbow joint starting with our forearms.
The muscles of the forearm are the biggest cause of elbow pain for most people. If you don’t have time to perform this entire routine we recommend to at least add the forearm work to your training program on a regular basis.
