4 Month Check-In + What's Next | DEXA Scan & Goal Setting

In September, Jared was over 39% body fat and weighed around 260 lbs. Four months have passed on the Fitness Culture programs for Jared, so it's time to check in. In this video, we're rechecking body fat percentage with a DEXA scan from Utah Tech University then set some new goals for the upcoming 8-week challenge.
