The Elbow Lever is a fun way to train your core and develop the fundamentals you need for more advanced handbalancing.

You'll also receive praise and adoration! (not really).

It's not nearly as hard as it looks. Some people can get it the first time they try it.

However, if this is not you, don't worry! The earlier progressions also help you train your core and balance.

Fun fact: my midsection is SO SORE from doing this video. Plenty of other exercises is demonstrate are harder, but I just went through so many different takes from different angles before I found the ones I liked.
