5 BEST Exercises To Get Back In Shape!

Testosterone is key for getting back in shape..and there are certain exercises that you can do to really ramp up your testosterone. The great thing about these exercises..you can do them from the comfort of your own home.
Exercise #1… Dumbbell Squats. There are a few squats variations that you can do. Have your toes pointing slightly outward, and focus on keeping your back straight.
These 5 exercises are going to focus on different parts of the body.
Exercise #2… Dumbbell Floor Press. You can also turn it into a Dumbbell Bridge Press to focus on different parts of the chest muscles.
Exercise #3… Renegade Rows. Keep a nice wide base with your feet. You can alternate each side, or you can do one side at a time.
Exercise #4… Lunges (2 variations). You can do walking lunges, or lunges standing in place. You can mix it...do all lunges on one side then switch, or alternate.
I know that was exercises focusing on the lower body, and that is because there are so many different muscles in our legs. Let’s finish with the 5th exercise, which is a compound movement.
Exercise #5… It is going to a Bicep Curl to an Overhead Press.
