Smart Cardio For Full Body Fat Loss Workout (Follow Along Workout!)

Smart cardio for full body fat loss workout - Hey guys, in this video tutorial on smart cardio fat loss at home, I am going to give you an at home cardio workout that will help you get results. This type of cardio is going to give you an EPOC effect, which means long after you are done with your workout you are going to burn fat because your metabolism is going to be raised even higher. We are going to do each exercise back-to-back with no rest between each exercise. We are going to do 3 circuits, with a minute rest between each circuit. The exercises are going to be Box Taps, then Plank Jacks, after that we are going to Butt Kicks, and to finish it off we are going to do Russian Twists. Let’s get started in this cardio fat loss workout.
Now we are going to do 30 seconds of each exercise in this smart cardio for fat loss workout. This workout is really going to get you out of breath, which is why it is important to take a minute rest between each circuit. That way you are making sure to get oxygen back into your muscles. This is an Anaerobic workout, which means without oxygen, so your muscles are using more oxygen faster than your heart and lungs can produce and get to the muscles. That is why this is an intense at home cardio workout, and also important to make sure you get that minute rest between each circuit. This is so much better than long steady-state cardio, which is called Aerobic exercise. The harder you work your muscles in this smart cardio for full body fat loss workout, the more time efficient it will be, and it will make sure to create that after-burn effect. Now let’s start cycle number 2 in this full body fat loss workout at home.
Starting the second circuit again with Box Taps for 30 seconds. After that, hop right into doing Plank Jacks, so get in a plank position and basically do jumping jacks with your legs. Try to keep the rest to a minimum between exercises, and then hop into Butt Kicks. Lastly, finish up the second circuit in this cardio fat loss workout with Russian Twists. Now we have 2 cycles done, and we have 1 more to go. Everyone doing this smart cardio for fat loss workout is going to be at a different fitness level, so I want you to make adjustments as needed. If you need to rest for 5 seconds during an exercise that is okay, or if you can’t quite go straight into the next exercise, that is okay too. The important thing is that you finish this workout with smart cardio fat loss at home. Finishing is the key to making this cardio fat loss workout effective, and will you to see results. Doing this a couple times a week for a couple of weeks, and you will see how much of a difference it makes with you during the workout and you’ll also get rid of all that unnecessary fat. Now, let’s back up and finish this last cycle in this at home cardio workout.
By the time you are done with the third cycle in this smart cardio for full body fat loss workout, the EPOC effect is really going to set, and your metabolism will be boosted for long after you are done. Also, if you notice, I go back and forth with doing an exercise standing to doing an exercise on the ground to keep you switching it up. For you guys that are in really good shape, you can cut the rest time from 1 minute to 45 seconds because again we are all at different fitness levels. Don’t give up because it is hard, you need to push yourself to finish this full body fat loss workout at home. This workout is designed to get you out of your comfort zone.
