So I want to give you the best home exercises with no equipment because I want you to be able to get a good workout in. You don’t need any equipment, so there are no excuses for not being able to workout at home. This is strictly a muscle building workout at home with 6 fantastic exercises. You can do these exercises anywhere because it does not require equipment, which is why these are the best home exercises with no equipment. Let’s get started with these 6 exercises in this home workout with no equipment.
The first exercise in this home workout is SQUATS. If you can only go part of the way down, that is okay..listen to your body. This is one of the best compound exercises, and probably the second best is PUSHUPS, which is the second exercise in this home workout. There are so many different variations of pushups that you can do. If you are just starting out and you aren’t able to do normal pushups, it is okay to do pushups on your knees. Something you can also do is a head-elevated pushup, and the more elevated you are, the easier the pushup becomes. The third exercise of the best home exercises with no equipment is BICYCLE CROSS CRUNCHES. I like to put my hands on the side of my head instead of behind, that way I am not putting as much stress on my neck. Those are the first three exercises in this home workout with no equipment.
The fourth exercise of the best home exercises is DIPS. Use something elevated, whether it is a couch, chair, or table..whatever it is. You can do dips with your feet all the way out with your feet up high, which is the most difficult. If you can’t do that, just keep your legs straight out in front of you. If you are just starting out, you can do it with your knees bent and your feet close to you on the ground. The fifth exercise in this home workout no equipment is PIKE PUSHUPS. This exercise is a little more difficult, so if you can’t do it that’s okay. This home exercise is going to focus on working our shoulders. The last exercise in this workout with the best home exercises no equipment is SNOW ANGELS. You are going to do this exercise on your stomach as opposed to your back.
