6-MINUTE TONED BOOTY & LEGS / NO EQUIPMENT

This is a quick, no-equipment, body-weight-only booty and leg toning workout. Sculpt and tone your lower body with these six no-repeat exercises in six minutes. If you feel like you can do more, just rewind and go through it a second time. Have fun!
