LOW-IMPACT BODYWEIGHT ONLY LEG WORKOUT / TONE AND TIGHTEN / APARTMENT FRIENDLY / NO EQUIPMENT

This is 20 minutes of bodyweight movements to tone and tighten those legs. This is a low impact workout which means there is NO jumping. You don't need any equipment, just yourself! Let's get these 20 minutes done together!
