Bangin' Booty & Lean Legs Challenge: Day 12 - QUADS
Welcome to the R/C Fitness 14-Day Bangin' Booty and Lean Legs Challenge!
Throughout the 14 days of this challenge, we will tone and tighten every muscle in the lower body in less than 15-minutes a day. We will sculpt and strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, calves, thighs, & quads in 14 DIFFERENT classes. There are NO repeated workouts! Let's get to it!!
DAY 12: QUADS
Day 12 is all about the QUADS! We're burning out the front of our legs for the next 13 minutes. Grab a set of dumbbells and let's go!
