Scalea Italy Real Estate/Property is an incredibly Cheap Investment.

Real Estate in Italian Seaside resort town of Scalea is unbelievably inexpensive. In this video I will show you five apartments three of which are under 50,000 Euros. Furthermore four of these apartments have balconies/terraces with sea views. You will be hard pushed to find anywhere in Italy which is less expensive. On average prices are 850 Euros per square meter. I will be looking in other parts of Italy for bargain holiday homes but I am sure I will find it hard to match Scalea concerning value for money. Don't forget Italy is going through a crisis economically so I am sure you can negotiate a discout of 10 to 15% on the asking price.
