If there’s one thing anyone can do right now that will instantly fix their game, it’s this: slowing….the fuck….down. When you learn to slow down, you’ll become a lot more attractive.

Slowing down can be done in many ways. You can slow down in terms of speech. Rather than speaking fast, you speak slower.

You can slow down the time it takes for you to respond to a question. Respond slower in text messages. It doesn’t mean you’re slow in your head. It just means that you take your time.

Your game will appear subtle from the outside. It’s subtle because it looks normal and smooth. You’re not trying too hard. You’re still yourself. All you did was add some pauses, some silence, and extending the length or your response.

It doesn’t mean that you include pauses after every second. You sprinkle it here and there. Talking to girls by including silences and taking time to respond will create a little bit of tension. It will also give you that mysterious vibe.

I’ve had girls tell me that I’m a very cool and serious person after I started using this technique.

You can also be slow in terms of the pace that they’re getting to know you. Rather than telling her everything about yourself, be more vague with some answers.

Be slower with your movements and limit how much you talk about yourself. Limit the amount of value that you give and intentionally restrain having to show her the cool things about you.

Allow her to get to know you progressively. When talking to her, don’t think about when you can say the next cool thing. You know you’re cool so you slow it down.

I advocate silence because a lot of guys, when they’re interacting, tend to be fidgety. They’re so desperate to get validation that they speed things up. They’re too ahead of themselves.

Rather than adding techniques when you’re getting started, reduce everything you’re doing and slow things down. Remove all of your fidgety reactions and attempts of trying to please.

When you slow things down, you make it easier on yourself.
