A lot of guys know how to pick up a woman and make them chase. However, they don’t know how to make them stay. It’s difficult to make them love you.

This formula is based on push-pull. Hot and cold is the most powerful tactic to make a girl fall in love with you. It will sow weakness and confusion. I will show you how to harness that.

Hot is showing your real desire for the person. It’s the honest side of you. It’s giving them your undivided attention. It’s the side of you that wants to show how you feel. This side alleviates their fears and worries. Your attention gives them validation.

You use the hot to show them what’s possible.

Cold is your removal of attention. When she contacts you, you’re aloof and bored. Rather than responding to texts with attraction, you act uninterested. One day you’re very happy. The next, you’re sad.

When you show hot, she feels secure. When you do the coldness, it makes her question what’s going on.

Guys neglect the act of teasing a woman because they’re so desperate for sex. Women don’t want it easy. They want a challenge. Women love to be punished.

Act cold right when she does something that could be interpreted as wrong. When she takes too long to text you back, you choose not to respond. This makes her fear what may be happening.

Only punish her when she does something that could be wrong. This will get in her head. She’s going to be insecure.

Another occasion to be cold is when you feel like the girl seems to feel too comfortable. She’s not working on herself anymore. When you visit her, she’s not dressing up as she used to.

When you notice this, take a step back. It will make her fantasize about you. She’ll think about you in an idealized way. The only way for her to do that is to think that she misses you and that she’s lost something.

After she did something good, you reward her. She feels like she has you, and then suddenly, you act cold. She’ll want that warmth so she chases and you reward her. She’ll feel comfortable and you act cold again.

That’s what makes her fall in love with you.
