Workouts:
Warm up
1. Running 3 rounds 20M run
2. Lunge stretch - Elbow to Ankle each side
3. Airplane drill - 10 each side
Workout
1. Air Squats - 20 reps x3
2. Walking Lunges - 20reps x 3 (one rep = left + right leg lunge)
3. Wall sit superset with burpee squat - 1 minute each
Butt
1. Lateral band walk (20 reps x3)
2. Lateral raises (20 reps x3)
3. Fire hydrant (20 reps x3)
4. Donkey kicks - (20 reps x3)
5. Hip thrusts - (20 reps x3) (5 double, 5Left leg, 5 right leg = one set)
