Girl "Doesn't Want To Be Touched", Gets Tased Instead

On June 24, 2018, staff members of a credit union in Parker, Colorado made a report to police, saying that a woman was lingering on the premises, and her suspicious behavior led them to believe that she might be up to something. The officers caught up to the suspect – who’d left the credit union in her car – and found it nearly stopped in the middle of a lane on Parker Road. The officers pulled up and requested the driver to stop the car, but the driver simply yelled something indistinguishable back at the officer. When the officer exited her car to speak to the driver, the vehicle sped away. The officer chased the car for about a minute into a shopping center, where the suspect’s vehicle slowed down considerably and steadily made its way through the plaza. At one point, an officer sped ahead of the car and blocked it off, bringing the 15-mile-per-hour chase to an end. The driver was demanded out of the car, but refused. When the officer attempted to pull her from the vehicle by her leg, she kicked him in the face. She was wrestled to the ground where she continued to resist arrest until she’s tased. Still screaming obscenities and berating the officers, she was handcuffed and bound at the knees to prevent any further assaults.

She was booked into the Douglas County jail on charges of reckless driving, resisting arrest, obstruction, second-degree assault and driving while under the influence of drugs.
