مقادير كريمة الزبدة:

6 صفار بيض (حبة كبيرة)
300 غرام زبدة (10.5 اونصة)
رشة ملح
1 ملعقة صغيرة سائل الفانيليا
1 كوب (200 غرام) سكر عادي
1/3 كوب (80 مل) ماء
3 ملاعق طعام (15 غرام) بودرة الكاكاو
حرارة الشراب (syrup ) 238 درجة F او 114 درجة C

French Buttercream frosting ingredients:

300 g (10.5 oz or 2 sticks + 5 tbsp) butter
6 large egg yolks
pinch of salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup (200 g) white sugar
1/3 cup (80 ml) water
3 tbsp (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Syrup temperature: 238 degrees F or 114 degrees C.
