HAD A REALLY GOOD TRAINING SESSION WITH MY LITTLE COUSIN JAY. FOCUSED ON GETTING A GOOD PUMP AND USING MODERATE WEIGHT. ULTIMATELY MY GOAL IS TO BUILD A THICKER CHEST. IVE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT APPROACHES BUT THIS BY FAR IVE NOTICED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PROGRESS.
