MASSIVE chest workout for strength and size | Mike O'Hearn
So you want to build a bigger and stronger chest? If so, this is the workout for you. But first, I’m going to need you to Quit looking at all these science based internet trainers who don’t have any real world experience under their belt. Just take a Look at their photos...they are smaller than my girlfriend, and cant even bench more than her. STOP being ignorant. People can tell you whatever they want, but unless they have evidence that it works, it's just words.
This massive chest workout takes the chest muscles through a full range of motion, targeting the entire muscle group. Beginning with incline barbell press today we used the power blocks and positioned them under our shoulder blades to increase the range of motion. This makes the movement much more difficult, and puts you at a disadvantage while moving through the full range of motion. This will make you stronger.
You will also notice we do a lot of higher reps in this video. THIS DOES NOT MEAN GO LIGHT. Make sure you are using heavy enough weights throughout the rep range. When you guys take this knowledge and apply it to your workouts, you will notice over time the amount of quality, size, density, and condition that this chest workout will bring you.
