TODAYS WORKOUT FOCUSED ON WARMING UP REALLY GOOD BEFORE GOING INTO THE WORKING SETS. I TYPICALLY WOULD DO ONE SHOULDER WORKOUT LIKE THIS AND THEN THE FOLLOWING SHOULDER WORKOUT I DO WOULD BE A BIT HEAVIER AND LESSER VOLUME. MY GOAL EVERY WEEK IS TO SHOW YOU ALL HOW MY TRAINING DIFFERS WEEKLY WITH THE REP RANGES THAT I USE AND THE TECHNIQUES I IMPLEMENT.
