Seal Rescued from Shoe Lace

A quick and easy "cut and release" rescue at Pelican Point - within less than 2 minutes, the rescuers chase down and net a young seal with a piece of fabric wrapped around its neck. The rescuers cut the string and remove it quickly, and a few seconds later she is on her way back into the water. 🦭
