BN Local, Dead-in-Tow P42s, Foreign Power in Fresh snow

I received a tip about a manifest transporting two damaged Amtrak P42s to Beech Grove (the P42s collided with a gravel truck in 2015).

But before we track down that train, there are others on the line as well. So we begin the day on the west side of Big Lake, looking east, where a local train sporting two beautiful BN "Geeps" is returning to St. Cloud.

Shortly afterwards, two eastbounds roll through, a loaded oil train from ND and a Stack train.

After a brief break, we move to the east side of town, where we find a fast moving stack train headed west, with barely enough time to pull over and start the camera.

After the train passes, the camera get situated in time for the manifest with the P42s come rolling through.
