The major things that you everyone should have a foundation with BEFORE adding anything else are:
• Hip Alignment
• Internal/External Hip Strength
• Thoracic Extension/Rotation
• Overhead Mobility
• Balance
• Ankle/Foot Strength
• Core/Hip Strength & Awareness
• Hamstring Activation
• Squatting
