This master thesis deals with the topic of wellness and spa resort in Haymana in 70km distance from Ankara in Central Anatolia / Turkey. This town is located about 1125 meters above sea level and is one of the most important places in terms of thermal springs in Turkey.

The construction site is a little outside the center of Haymana and is surrounded by a hilly landscape in a more rural and less frequented area. Here will be built a wellness and spa hotel complex within a 50,000 m² area. The aim is to attract not only national but also international tourists. Although the place is very well known for its thermal springs, there are few spa facilities in this area, which also correspond to today‘s modern standards in the field of wellness.

The plot is on a relatively steep region and a river flows right through it. The draft is divided into 3 main areas, which blend into each other: wellness, therapy and Hotel. The plot was divided into 1m high levels, it is terraced plates, which merge seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The wellness complex is constructed as kind of a campus, on which there are several buildings that demonstrate a variety of functions and are interconnected. These characteristics also apply to the pool levels distributed on the entire area.
