The Proposed Project is a state of the art Multi Modal Terminal. It aims to reduce the traffic in metro manila, especially along EDSA, partly caused by central and north Luzon bound provincial buses; with their terminals located and scattered along EDSA.

It aims to provide a centralized location for provincial buses. Integrated with Metro Manila PUB's/PUJ's/AUV's Terminals and a link to the LRT 1 Balintawak Station. It will also offer a Motel for private motorists.The main terminal station will be equipped to provide services and amenities for the users most especially the passengers.
