Synopsis:

With industrial activities moving away, Yau Tong Bay is facing a post-industrial problem. The waterfront is left derelict, without any use in the district. The overall aim is to tie the waterfront back to the urban fabric and regenerate the area into a public open space that encourages recreational, social, and cultural activities in synergy with residential and commercial development whilst respecting its context and revitalization through application of principles in sustainable and ecological landscape design.
