hey there! now that i'm done with the semester, i've been able to finish editing this vlog. i've been through some ups and downs during quarantine so far, but i think a few important things i've gotten out of it are to appreciate your loved ones more than ever and to understand when you are pushing yourself (or are being pushed) past your boundaries. i hope you're taking care of yourself and i hope that you're doing well despite everything that's happened. as for me, i do plan on going to therapy once the stay-at-home order ends in my state, and i plan to continue with my healthier coping mechanisms in the meantime. sending much love your way 💕
