We're moving in! Subfloor Installation in our Skoolie.

With the subfloor installed we were FINALLY able to tear down the tent and move into the bus!
Living in the tent was fun until the weather got cold, then the rain forced us into the barn where it felt like a cold, dark cave. A winter storm took out our fridge, and with frozen water pipes and water being too cold to do dishes or much of anything with when it was running - our comfort level had been at an all-time low. Luckily, we were able to stay dry thanks to having the barn as a shelter, and our propane Buddy heater got us through it!
All we can say now, is... who knew a bus with nothing in it but spray foam, subfloor, and a diesel heater, could be so damn comfy.

Next on the list is wiring and walls!
