Microfracture Surgery Rehab: How To Improve Dynamic Knee Stability With The Shuttle Systems Balance

Watch this patient’s remarkable progress as she undergoes advanced exercises for her rehabilitation post-microfracture surgery on her left knee. The goal is to enhance her balance and stability by performing weight-bearing exercises to re-learn proper weight shifting in the frontal plane (side to side) while squatting.
