The three different workouts:
Level 1 workout
HIIT Step-up Box: 6 exercises
3 ROUNDS
1. Quick feet 1min active work
2. Jump w middle hand touch 1min active work
3. Side jumps / high jumps (hand touch) 30sec active work
4. Half Burpee / jump over / Half burpee 1min active work
5. Lunge jumps / jump over / lunge jumps 30sec active work
6. hand to feet (abs) 1min active work
REST TIME between rounds: 1min-2min
Level 2 workout
HIIT with dumbbells: 6 exercises
3 ROUNDS
1. Squat jump up / press up / down jump back 30sec active work
2. Front raises / Side raises 1min active work
3. Sit-ups / chest press 30sec active work
4. Push up / one arm rows 30sec active work
5. Lunge jumps / biceps curl 30sec active work
6. Triceps pushups / hand to feet (abs) 30sec active work
REST TIME between rounds: 1min-2min
Level 3 workout
Treadmill: under 30min total
1. 15min UPHILL POWERWALK
(raise one uphill grade level/min)
2. 15min intervals
30sec sprint / 15sec rest
Hi guys! Follow me to the gym for not only one, but three different killer cardio sessions :) These workouts are perfect if you are short in time but wan't to work your body effectively after a gym workout. They are mainly HIIT, high intensity interval training, which is good for burning fat and at the same time keeping your muscle mass. You can pick one of these to finish off your regular gym session or as a stand-alone workout.
