Shag Explosion 2013 Video Review - Turns in Collegiate Shag

Across the weekend we covered several turns across all all the levels. We rolled most of them into this one video.

The one in the very beginning is the double lift turn in single -- sorry it got cut off. The double lift turn is one of our favorites because you get to fall down into a pulse -- it's really fun!. In one of the bad ass classes we took a whirly turn and brought it up to the top of the pulse into what we call a front to front lift turn, and then down into the floor into something that looks more like a trick that we call the gravitron. The rest of the turns in this clip are either basic inside or outside turns leveraging different positions, rotation in some cases.
