I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

Which Hoop?
This is great workout for using a heavy dance hoop. You can equally use your weighted hoop for this workout or any heavy hoop you feel comfortable hula hooping with.My hoop is 100cm | 39” diameter hoop with 25mm HDPE Tubing.
It weighs 620g.
