Stop telling people your goals

The first time I ever heard about not sharing goals was probably from one of Elliot Choy's videos. Since then, other YouTubers that I watch like Kelly Stamps has also brought up the idea of not telling other people your business. This got me thinking - maybe they're on to something and I realized the less I share about my goals, the more likely I am to accomplish them. What do you guys think? Do you share your goals?
