FULL BODY NO REPEAT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS -Build lean muscle and burn fat without all the boring repeat sets.

If you love follow along no repeat workouts, this 45 minute HIIT with weights no repeat workout is for you.

I've packed all my favourite strength, cardio and ab moves into this full body workout no repeat workout so you can get fitter, stronger and build a strong foundation from the inside out.

You'll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this 45 minute HIIT workout at home. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg dumbbells, but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness level.

There are 4 Circuits + 1 Mini Ab Circuit that make up this workout. Complete each circuit of movements, working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Have 1 minute rest between circuits.
