5g gelatina
1 pizzico di sale
150g formaggio spalmabile
80g yogurt senza zuccheri
40g zucchero semolato
70g pasta di pistacchio
30g acqua calda
100ml panna
GLASSA AL PISTACCHIO:
25g pasta di pistacchio
1 pizzico di sale
150g acqua
10g zucchero
3g gelatina
60g cioccolato bianco
BASE:
100g biscuits
40g butter
PISTACHIO CREAMCHEESE:
5g gelatine
1 pinch of salt
150g cream cheese
80g yogurt sugar free
40g sugar
70g pistachio cream
30g hot water
100ml cream
PISTACHIO GLACAGE:
25g pistachio cream
1 pinch of salt
150g water
10g sugar
3g gelatine
60g white chocolate

Diametro torta: 16 cm
Diameter cake mold: 16 cm
