Introducing entrepreneurship #:3 Effectuation
Effectuation is the name given to a very useful theory in entrepreneurship, originally developed by Prof Saras Sarasvaty in her work at the University of Virginia. It basically outlines five key principles which smart entrepreneurs deploy to help them navigate their journey to create value from their ideas.
