GZCL P Zero Ep 09 12AM Squat Session at 92% 1RM Power Through the Grind

Episode 09 of GZCL P-Zero takes training dedication to another level — a 12AM squat session pushing 92% of my 1 rep max for 3 top sets. No distractions, no noise — just me, the barbell, and the grind under the night lights. 🌙

The T1 lift of the day is the competition-style squat, building top-end strength and reinforcing technique under heavy load. Following up with working sets at 85%, I focused on consistent bar speed and perfect depth. From there, the T2 and T3 tiers kicked in: Romanian Deadlifts, Leg Press, and Leg Extensions, rounding out the lower body with strength and hypertrophy volume.

This late-night session captures the spirit of the GZCL Method — train when others rest, push past comfort, and evolve through disciplined effort. Every set under the bar is another step closer to refinement and strength mastery.
