70s Powerlifter Ep 70 515lb Squat PR Test Final Week Max Out

This is it — the final week of my 70s Powerlifter series! Episode 70 marks the peak of this 18-week program where I put all the work, grind, and consistency to the test. Today was the big one: testing my 1 rep max squat. After weeks of heavy doubles, singles, and accessory lifts, I loaded the bar with 515lbs and went for it. This was the culmination of months of hard training and progressive overload, aiming to push my squat to new heights.

In this video, I take you through my full squat day max test. From warmups, setup, mindset, and approach to the lift, I break down everything that went into making this 515lb attempt happen. I also share some thoughts on finishing this cycle strong and what’s next for me as a lifter, father, and creator.
