NEW furniture REVEAL, target haul, reorganizing our life | VLOG

This was a random fun video to make haha. Sometimes we feel pressure when making videos because how do we make something both entertaining and encouraging not to mention how do we do that when our life is a bit crazy right now... SO it felt great to take the pressure off and allow yall in to the random bits of our life that we don't always show in a fun lifestyle vlog. So thanks for tuning in!

*I HAVE REWRITTEN THIS 3 times now* So I am sorry that it is so long, but I was trying to get my words out...
If you listened to today's "Messy Masterpiece" daily devotional you will have heard me mention a book I am working through which is called "mini habits". One thing the booked talked about was that motivation is not worth relying on. And I'm sitting there listening to this book feeling "duped" like. WHAT?!?! I thought motivation was important, and let me be clear, it is important, but it's not necessary to accomplish what you "need" motivation for. You see motivation is just a feeling. Right now, I feel motivated to go back to bed because I'm tired lol. Last night at 9pm I felt motivated to workout which is why I feel tired right now. IN 30 minutes who knows what I will feel motivated to do. Probably make a fat sandwich and just crush life lol but my point is this... Our feelings change. You could legit get a mean message and that shut down your entire day where you don't feel motivated to do anything anymore. So my point is this. Ask yourself... Are you relying on your emotions to drive you? And if so, how is that going? It's a pretty up and down way of living to rely on your feelings to drive your actions. Of course, let your feelings be there and process them to help find what makes your heart beat, but then put in a solid plan that doesn't rely on motivation or feelings. Like me writing this descriptions. I honestly get a lot of questions about these things. I sit down to write them at 10am, every Tuesday/Thursday before we post a video. I don't always feel motivated. I don't always feel like writing them. But I sit down to do it every time, it is a discipline and now that discipline has created a habit so I can write this without motivation! This also helps us say no to our bodies when we feel motivated to do something that isn't "good" for us... Because we are used to not listening to our brains but we are pursuing our disciplines! I hope that all makes sense. It's a lot of words.
