OUR HOUSE IS TAKING SHAPE: the making of our dream home episode 2

Welcome to our home! Well our blocks haha. This was the first update that I was happy about because most of the other ones have been stressful lol. There are so many things that go into buying/building a home that you don't know about until you go through them... Stay tuned for more on that later lol But that reminds me of something I shared in a podcast... Perfection is the enemy of progress. That sticks with me because I think our desire to make everything done the "right" way has caused a lot of inactivity and feelings of being overwhelmed. Now don't get me wrong, we are called to do things excellently but that doesn't mean perfect. And the greatest intent is outweighed by the smallest action. So Let encourage us all to be okay being imperfect and to take small steps on the journey that God has us on...
