A SNEAK PEEK INTO OUR INTERIOR DESIGN AND REALLY GOOD NEWS (we've been needing some)

We have definitely been needing some good news... But don't we all? Proverbs 17:22 says "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength." And we have felt both sides of that coin. When we are stressed or worried we can feel it in our spirit and we legitimately end of getting sick. It's wild how your mental health can play such a huge role in your physical health. The positive side of it is that if we are able to focus on the good, and let go of the things we cannot control, show ourselves and those around us Grace (and about 100 other positive ways of living) we feel light hearted, joyful and healthy! I think that's all I got for today, but just wanted to let you know that we need to seek good news because it is good for us! (fun fact: Jesus is the good news we should be seeking)
