Brand new FDNY Ladder 2 responds to Box 4500

We are at quarters of FDNY Engine 8, Ladder 2, and Battalion 8 at 165 East 51st Street, where we see Ladder 2 as it responds to Box 4500 at 720 5th Avenue at West 56th Street for a stuck elevator with an occupant in it. Ladder 2 is a brand new 2017 Ferrara Ultra with a 100 foot rear mount aerial. As Ladder 2 responds, we see Engine 8 as they return from a run that they had been on.
