【Ingredients材料】
★ Filling ★ 馅料
100ml Water 100毫升 清水
40g Cane Sugar 40克蔗糖
120g Palm Sugar 120椰糖
2 Pandan Leaves 2片班兰叶
400g Shredded Coconut 400克椰丝
½Tsp Salt ½小匙盐
1Tsp Corn Starch 1小匙 玉米粉

★ Skin ★ 皮料
200g Potato 200克 马铃薯
420g Glutinous Rice Flour 420克糯米粉
1Tsp Caster Sugar 1小匙 细砂糖
5Tbsp Cooking Oil 5大匙食用油
250ml Pandan Juice 250毫升 班兰汁
¼Tsp Baking Soda ¼小匙 食用苏打
