WHAT I EAT IN A DAY IN A CALORIE DEFICIT TO LOSE WEIGHT + TIKTOK FETA PASTA RECIPE! ( vlog style)
A full day of eating in a calorie deficit to lose weight but remain eating foods I love and enjoy! I use iTrackBites better balance plan to track my food intake. From someone who suffers from binge eating and eating a correct portion this is what works and feels best for me personally in my experience with food and weight.

Vegan cheese sauce:

Chicken lentil soup:
What you need
- shredded chicken breast
- 2 long carrots
- 3 medium size potatoes
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1 white onion
- 1(32oz) container of vegetable broth
- garlic powder , dried Italian, 2 bay leaves, soul seasoning, sea salt & black pepper
Method:
- In a pot spray with olive oil spray add your chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5 to 8 minutes
- Add your broth, lentils, and your seasonings, place the lid on and bring to boil , lower heat to a low simmer and cook soup for 30 minutes, once soup is done add your shredded chicken and cook additional 10 minutes on low.
Served with bread and Parmesan on top
Tiktok feta pasta:
- block of feta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- cherry tomatoes
- garlic cloves
- mushrooms
- red pepper flakes , sea salt + black pepper, and garlic powder
-Boil pasta per instructions
-Preheat oven
-Add feta into middle of the dish, then add veg, add your seasonings, then bake on 400 for 45 minutes
- once done stir feta block until smooth , then add pasta and toss everything together so all is coated well
