WEEKLY MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS THAT’S SUPER EASY TO MAKE!
My weekly meal prep for losing weight. These are the foods I eat to feel my best , lose weight, and I hope you find some motivation to get in the kitchen and knock it out so it’s done for the week 👏🏻

🌞SAVORY BREAKFAST IDEA #1
cauliflower ham and cheese
* 7 bites / 234 calories
what you need:
- 2 strong roots cauliflower hash browns
- 1 oz deli sliced ham
- 1 slice of sargento thin colby jack cheese
- air fryer
method:
- air fry your cauli hash on 400 for 15 - 20 minutes ( longer if needed you want them golden brown and crispy )
- assemble your sanwich
- place back in air fryer on 400 for 10 minutes
🫐SWEET BREAKFAST IDEA #2
blueberry oatmeal muffins
* 2 bites / 92 calories , makes 11 muffins
what you need:
- 2 cups uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla oatmilk
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
- 1 mashed banana
- about 2 tbsp cinniamon
method:
- in a bowl mash your ripped banana
- in a food processor add 2 cups oatmeal and blend
- then add into a bowl, along with cinniamon
- add 1/4 cup syrup, and 1/2 cup oatmilk
- add blueberries, mix well together
- place mixure into muffin cups
- bake on 400 for 15 minutes , turn oven off and let muffins cool in oven for additional 10 minutes
🥙TACO MEAT AND BEANS
* 0 BITES / 200 calories, makes 6 servings and 1.2 cup is a serving
what you need:
- 16 oz 99% fat free ground turkey
- 1 can of 15.50z organic black beans
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 3 tbsp taco bell sauce
method:
- rinse and drain your black beans and place aside
- in a skillet add ground turkey and 1.2 of taco packet, let turkey cook on medium heat
- once turkey is no longer pink add black beans and other 1.2 half of taco seasoning
- mix together until turkey is completely cooked
- turn off heat , add 3 tbsp taco bell sauce and mix together until all is coated well
serve with white rice and toppings of your choice
SOME IDEAS: shredded cheese, diced onion, pickled jalapenos, crunchy jalapenos, avocado,
light sour cream
🍗CHICKEN DRUM STICKS
*5 bites / 187 calories per drum stick , made 10 drum sticks
all chicken drum sticks weigh differently so measure your drumstick to get accurate
bites/ cals
what you need:
- chicken drumsticks
- seasoning of your choice / I used citrusy garlic from trader joes
- air fryer
method:
- season your chicken drumsticks well
- spray with olive oil spray
- cook in air fryer on 400 for 30 minutes
- toss chicken drumsticks
- cook additional 50 minutes on 400
💚RED WINE GREEN BEANS
0 bites
what you need:
- bag of green beans
- olive oil spray
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- sea salt and black pepper
method:
- wash and snip green beans
- boil green beans in water until soft , around 25 minutes on medium heat
- once beans are done add in a bowl, spray with olive oil spray, add garlic
- add red wine vinegar and toss together until beans are coated
- season with sea salt and black pepper
