The two were great friends and people used to come up to Stewart all of the time and tell him that they were his 2nd favorite drummer. He always finished 2nd to Neil Peart. This is just one entertaining moment from the professor of rock interview with Stewart Copeland of the Police. In the full interview, Stewart tells the stories of the classic hits Roxanne, Message in a Bottle and Walking on the Moon which are all song the Police took to the charts when they conquered America as Sting could not write a bad song at that point. The two trios that the world loved in the 80s were Rush and The Police.
